Storage advice :

  • Keep refrigerated in its original packaging (up to 20 days after production).

  • Once opened, consume within 3 days.

  • If you wish to enjoy this kouign amann later, it freezes very well (reheat from frozen in the oven without prior defrosting).

  • We do not recommend freezing the Buckwheat Kouign.

Tasting advice :

To be enjoyed at room temperature or :

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F)

  • Place your kouign amann on a sheet of baking paper

  • Turn off the oven, then put the kouign amann inside

  • Warm it for 10 minutes

  • Enjoy while warm

We do not recommend using a microwave.
